5Travel Set with free creams

I really liked the products that I received and for the price, I got a lot! I was a bit nervous to use the needle roller at first, but I have a scar on my cheek that I was hoping this would help get rid of, and since the set came with free creams...one of them was the bruise and scar cream, I thought that I need to give it a shot. You just need to be careful not to push too hard, but once you do it, it's not bad at all and it gives a better chance for any of the creams you use to 'soak in' better.

All in all, I'm very pleased that I ordered this product, and of course receiving the freebies, and the shipping was quick too.

4Good Product and Customer Service

I received this roller very quickly and appreciated the creams which were sent with my order. I have used it a couple of times now and have noticed a change in the smoothness of my skin as well as a reduction in the brow lines making an appearance on my forehead. I have nice skin as I avoid the sun and have taken good care of my skin and I would like to keep it that way. I am regularly told that I look up to ten years younger than I am and I would like to continue to hear that for as long as possible! However, I have started to develop fine lines at the sides of my eyes and mouth which I would like to eliminate. Brow lines on my forehead and furrow lines between my eyes are also making an appearance. On the advice of a medical professional who does needling in her clinic, I am going to start needling at least every other day to increase my collagen production. She actually recommends doing needling daily with a 0.5 but since I'm using the 1.0 on my face, neck, and decolletage (and the tops of my breasts for some light stretch marks), I'll begin with needling every other day for now. I was also advised that moderate pressure, rather than too hard or too soft, should be used when applying the roller. I was also told that it can take up to three months to see very noticable results. Time will tell.

Product: After much research, I decided to purchase the dermaroller for my acne scars. I followed the instructions and applied retinol before I slept. The next morning, I noticed that my scars were a little lighter, my face more plump and smoother!! I love this product!

Service: Rachel's is the best!!!! When the package arrived, the item was the wrong needle length(1.5) that I had ordered. I quickly emailed Rachel and explained the situation to her and received a response back the same day! She apologized and assured me that the correct item would be shipped to me asap AND that I could keep the roller and use it while I wait for the correct one(2.0). There are very few times I have seen customer service at it's best and this has to be one of them! She also throws in free creams along with your order! THANK YOU Rachel! You are the Best! Keep up the great job!

5Very Happy with Product

I tried this product after using two different grocery-store bought brand oils. The first I tried made my skin break out; the second did not have a pleasant smell. This product felt great on my skin and had a very light and pleasant smell. Compared to a typical lotion, this oil does stay slicker on the skin, and I do have to wait about 10 minutes or so before I feel comfortable putting my clothes back on depending on how thickly I apply the oil. However, I've noticed that compared to lotions and other oils I've tried, this leaves my skin feeling so soft. I'm only 22 weeks in my pregnancy, so I can't speak for any stretch marks. However, I can say that before I started using this product my skin felt incredibly itchy due to the stretching (even with my usual daily body moisturizing lotion). After using this product daily for about the last 12 weeks now my skin is already feeling very healthy and soft all the time. I usually apply this oil in the morning after the shower and at the end of the day my skin is still feeling incredibly soft and moisturized. Living in the desert climate of Phoenix, AZ, I think this says a lot! I am happily purchasing my second bottle and plan to continue to use it throughout the rest of my pregnancy.

5Exceeded Expectations!

Have been using this my entire pregnancy (month 7 now) and it's fabulous. It's not greasy and goes on very well. So far no stretch marks but I've also been very active as well. You won't regret it - worth the $ although at first seems a tad expensive. It lasts a long time too - I started using it at week 14ish and one bottle will last me the entire pregnancy.
