Directions for BODY scrub
Soak entire body in warm bath water or under a shower head for 15 minutes. This process allows pores to open and skin to soften in preparation for scrubbing. Leave skin moist after soaking. Prepare the glove by rinsing it under warm-hot water and wring it dry. For body scrub, use the thicker glove that has the stronger roughness and wear it over your hand. Firmly rub the glove throughout the entire body in back-and-forth or up-and-down motion. Adjust proper pressure that is comfortable for your specific skin type. Avoid using excessive or rapid pressure especially around sensitive areas. Rinse your body in water when finished to get rid of all dead skin and residue.

Directions for FACE scrub
